CS Suresh Pandey is a highly accomplished Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 15 years of extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate law advisory, and consultancy services. He holds a degree in Law, which complements his expertise in both legal and corporate domains.
Key Qualifications & Achievements: Member of the Central Council, ICSI (2023-2026): Elected as the member of the prestigious ICSI Central Council, representing the entire Indian Company Secretary profession for the term 2023-2026.
Chairman, Northern India Regional Council (2020): Led the Northern India Regional Council of ICSI to secure the Best Regional Council Award in India during his tenure as Chairman.
Independent Director: Served as an Independent Director on the board of multiple companies and is listed in the Independent Directors Databank maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs(IICA).
Nominee Member Accounting Standard Board: He is also the member of the Accounting Standard Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI). Registered Trademark Agent: Registered with the Controller General of Trademark, India. With a rich background in corporate law, securities markets, and foreign exchange management, Suresh has earned a reputation for his exceptional skills in liaisoning and negotiation, effectively managing relationships with clients, government bodies, and regulatory authorities. His vast experience has made him a trusted advisor on critical corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and corporate governance. He is also deeply involved in social and cultural organizations and regularly shares his insights as a speaker at professional forums, conferences, and events.
